Gym is already set-up from the day before.

Things we need for this event: 

• Lisa will help seat kids as soon as we enter the gym
• Printed Seating Chart: April
• Graduate names list- April
• Principals Reminders to Students about Grad Expectations: Chris
• Lisa and April: Start Grad exit and enter practice
• Practice leaving and returning 1 more time
• Ushers will practice having students rise and proceed to stage
• All students practice the walk across the stage
• Lisa says their names while this is happening
