Healthy Youth Survey is a required anonymous survey that all 10th and 12th graders will take in the Auditorium. This provides our district with important information about issues facing our youth.
10th graders will report to the Auditorium during 2nd period.
12th graders will report to the Auditorium during 3rd period.
Families that do not wish to participate should call the main office to opt out.
