1. Must have either graduated from Medical Lake High School or participated in Medical Lake High School athletics during his/her senior year (example student who transfers after playing a fall sport during his/her senior year)
2. Must have made a contribution to Medical Lake High School Athletics
3. Individuals are not eligible until a period often years after graduation from Medical Lake High School
DESIRABLE CRITERIA FOR NOMINATION
• All-League, All-State, Individual State Champ (if applicable), scholar athlete
• Continued community contributor, letters of recommendation, outstanding life/professional achievements
CRITERIA FOR NOMINATION OF ATHLETIC TEAMS
1. Must have achieved a high level of success in state competition
2. Teams are not eligible until a period often years after that sport season
DESIRABLE CRITERIA FOR NOMINATION
• State champion, team academic state champion, and letters recommendation
CRITERIA FOR NOMINATION OF COACH
1. Must have coached at Medical Lake High School for a minimum often years
2. Current coaches on staff are not eligible
DESIRABLE CRITERIA FOR NOMINATION
• Successful win/Joss records, continued contributions to community, letters of recommendation, outstanding life/professional achievements, graduate of Medical Lake High School, Medical Lake community member.
