A little bit about me....
I have been teaching science at Medical Lake High School for twenty seven years now! I have taught many different subjects over the years including Physical Science, Environmental Science, Biology, Honors and College Prep Biology, Chemistry, Advanced Placement (AP) Biology, and even Leadership. Whew! This year I am teaching Biology and a new class, PLTW Principles of Biomedical Science (PBS), and I am still enjoying what I do!
After graduating from Medical Lake High School, I attended Eastern Washington University and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Education Degree as well as a Bachelor of Science Degree. I majored in Biology and minored in Chemistry. My roots run deep in Medical Lake and Washington state as my own sons have also graduated from Medical Lake High School. I have also earned a Masters of Education Degree with an emphasis on technology in education.
